Triphog – ride service platform designed to assist with appointments

This project involved the development of two mobile applications, tailored for patients and drivers, as part of our Triphog Product ecosystem. The apps were designed to streamline and enhance the experience of managing and coordinating transportation services in healthcare, providing a user-friendly interface for both ends of the service.

Patient’s Mobile App

The patient’s mobile app focuses on delivering a hassle-free and efficient way for patients to schedule and manage their transportation needs. Key features include:

  • Trip Booking: Patients can request rides to healthcare facilities or other destinations with ease.
  • Real-Time Tracking: The app provides live tracking of the driver’s location, ensuring patients are informed about arrival times.
  • Notifications: Automated notifications and reminders about scheduled trips help ensure timely communication.
  • Profile and Preferences: Patients can manage their personal information, preferred routes, and special requirements directly within the app.

Driver’s Mobile App

The driver’s mobile app is built to optimize operational efficiency while ensuring a smooth experience for drivers. Key features include:

  • Trip Management: Drivers can view, accept, and manage trip requests, with details such as patient information and pickup/drop-off locations.
  • Navigation Integration: The app includes real-time navigation, guiding drivers to their destinations using optimized routes.
  • Status Updates: Drivers can update trip status, such as “On the way,” “Arrived,” and “Completed,” ensuring seamless communication with both patients and administrators.
  • Earnings Dashboard: A built-in dashboard helps drivers track their earnings and trip history.
  • Support Features: In-app access to customer support or emergency services ensures a reliable and safe experience.
